Describe the problem in full detail.
Include any error messages, process which was being preformed when issue started.  Other things we might need include (Operating system type, Artwork generation program name, How data is sent to machine, when it last worked correctly, what has changed since it worked, material being used).  Include any information you think we might need to understand the problem.
