Other things we might need include (Operating system type, Artwork generation program name, How data is sent to machine, when it last worked correctly, what has changed since it worked, material being used). If you use the above email form we will call you for your payment information. The credit card information will be used only for the Service Call request for each incident. We do not to keep your credit card information on file after a service has been performed. Therefore every time a service call is placed, you will be required to fill out the form.
